A wonderful soup for rainy days in autumn
-1 pc butternut
-50 cl of oat milk
-30 grammes grounded hazelnuts
Steam the butternut and the carrots in a steamer and then carve them. Cook the butternut with the carrots, 30 cl of water and broth.
Mix the vegetables with a handmixer and add 50 cl of oatmilk and grounded hazelnuts.
