November has come with the rain, the dark nights coming faster and the low energy. I regularly read smoothie recipes and try many but no any left me any special memories.
This one however I never forgot its taste. Its sweet and energizing and if you are looking into changing your boring breakfast routing it is a perfect first step.
- one litre of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 500 grams of raspberry
- 1 banana
- 4 spoon of plain yoghurt
- 3 – 4 ice cubes
- 1/4 red chilli ( without seeds)
- ginger ( fresh or grounded) 1 spoon
- 1/ 2 dl water
