- 125 grams of flour ( I use often spelt flour)
- 25 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 15 cl of milk ( can be cow milk or oat milk)
- 15 cl of water
- 1 spoon of rum
- 1 spoon of vanilla essence
- brown sugar ( or coconut blossom sugar)
Warm up the milk with the butter bring to a simmer, cool off the casserole, add the rum and the vanilla essence. In a bowl, mix the flour and the sugar , then the egg and the melted butter.
Mix until you obtain a smooth texture. Let the pancake dough rest for an hour.
