Scampi and mango salad

ingredients :

  • 2 avocado
  • 200 grams scampi
  • 1 mango
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil lemon flavored ( Oliviers & co)
  • mango vinegar ( Oliviers & co )
  • a drop of tabasco

alternatively you can use a sweet vinegar ( apple for example) and olive oil with some drops of lemon or lime.

Slightly cook the scampi in a frying pan. Cut the avocado and mango in dices. Add the seasoning and serve in glasses.

The salad can be eaten for breakfast, on bread for lunch or as a starter for diner.
